Meet vini hazari
Storytelling Through Movement
Vini (Vinita) Hazari is a choreographer and dance instructor based in New York and New Jersey, specializing in Bollywood, Semi-Classical, and Bolly Jazz Funk. She has over a decade of dance experience and has been teaching for over ten years.
Vini trained in Kathak under Guru Rachana Sarang, and classical Indian technique remains a core influence in her Semi-Classical choreography. She also spent five years with the Shiamak Davar Institute of Performing Arts, where she taught and performed in commercial Bollywood styles.
Vini teaches open-level classes in New York City that fuse dance with storytelling. Her classes are known for being high-energy, musically driven, and rooted in both tradition and innovation.
